Rachel See

I’ve spent more than twenty years putting serious technology into the hands of lawyers who were told they couldn’t afford it.

I founded Bells Up AI (opens in new tab) to give solo and small-firm attorneys access to every leading AI model through a single platform with enterprise-grade privacy protections.

At the EEOC, I served as Senior Counsel for AI and Algorithmic Bias, Acting Executive Officer, Special Assistant to the Chair, and Assistant General Counsel for Technology. I taught litigators how to understand and use technology to prosecute their cases, and helped employers understand how existing civil rights laws applied to AI in hiring. At the NLRB, I built the General Counsel’s eDiscovery program and led subpoena enforcement in high-profile nationwide litigation on a fraction of my opponents’ budgets. In BigLaw, I advised Fortune 100 companies on AI risk and governance.

I have a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
